Cancellation Policy

All stays at Alaia Surf Lodge (The Villa, The Lookout, The Hideout and the campsite) use a Firm cancellation policy.

Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, as long as the booking was made at least 7 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, or after check-in. No-shows are non-refundable.

Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com follow the cancellation terms shown on that platform at the time of booking.
